Kari Jo Koshes has been promoted to director of stores and fulfillment at JMX Brands, the largest online retailer of Amish furniture and home décor at www.dutchcrafters.com.
With almost eight years of experience at JMX Brands, Koshes’ promotion represents an elevation in her leadership role and the strategic impact she has at the company. Her responsibilities include leading operations at the Sarasota, Fla. store, the LaGrange, Ind. outlet store, the DutchCrafters warehouse, and shipping and delivery. Koshes also manages two teams, which include two assistant managers and 10 employees. Additionally, she is spearheading the company’s expansion of store locations.
JMX Brands CEO Jim Miller hired Koshes as his assistant in 2013. Working her way up the corporate ladder, Koshes previously served as shipping coordinator, Customer Experience Team assistant manager, and showroom and fulfillment manager.
“Kari Jo is not afraid of hard work and is willing to roll up her sleeves and help wherever she is needed,” said Miller. “She exudes ambition and effectively promotes our company in the community.”
Since starting at JMX Brands, Koshes has completed an MBA from Colombia Southern University and graduated from Leadership Sarasota in 2019. Koshes is one of two employees to win the Work Without Veneers award twice, which is given quarterly to a JMX Brands employee who embodies the company’s core values of authenticity, sustainability, creativity, giving and excellence. The University of Central Florida graduate was also awarded the JMX Brands Colors Award, which is awarded quarterly for making significant achievements and adding notable contributions to JMX Brands.
